• Prices are given in Euro and not include VAT.
• Please send your inquiries and orders by e-mail or phone.
• Goods are delivered by courier company. The cost of delivery and any insurance shall be borne by the Customer.
• Additional fee for sending the invoice to the address other than the delivery address is 2 EUR.
• We accept payment by our shipper (COD) and by bank transfer.
• In certain situations and for export orders we reserve the right to request payment in advance.
• We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue payments in accordance with Polish law.
• All goods remain the property of STERKRAK until paid for in full.
• To all our products we provide a 12 month warranty.
• Time of delivery - from the stock or 2 - 4 weeks in case of restart production.
